Body Confidence...

Body Confidence. Not something I talk about much, or actually at all in the blog. I've never felt the need for it. I've always been confident & happy in my own skin. So, why now? I've felt the need to raise the issue of being confident in your own skin regardless of your body type. Your body is a beautiful thing which you need to look after and be proud of. I've probably criticized Kim K a few times for 'oversharing' her naked body, but it's her life and she can do what she pleases with it. If that empowers others to be confident than good on her! It takes courage to showcase your figure. I know I will never go naked for others to see. I like to keep that only for the hubby. I will probably do other stuff for the blog if I WANT to. I'm a proud size 10UK and US 6.
