Sorry for the delay on part 5, it was actually quite hard to decide what topic to cover, given I wanted this to be 7 part series. But inspiration stroke when watching a new K-drama "Let's eat 2 ( 식샤를 합시다 2)" and also whilst watching a few youtube video's from A's Kitchen so please feel to visit their youtube channel and get inspired or very hungry, like it's lately the case with me.
The first image is what we call korean bbq (samgyeopsal,삼겹살 ) and this one is pork meat. Usually served with side dishes such as kimchi, spring onion salad and other side dishes to chose from.
Dak galbi (닭갈비) is on our second image, this dish was brought up to my attention a few months ago and after seein it on A's kitchen I understood from of it. I actually find this dish to go with everything and apparently the more cheese it has the better.
The last image I wanted to focus on is Gamjatang (감자탕) which at the minute is the one dish that tops my list of things to eat in Korea. This dish is made of backbone pork and potatoes, is also spicy, so yeah, right up my alley!
I know there's a lot more dishes that I could of put up on this post but I went for my very top one's, do believe me the list is very big!
So now gotta brainstorm for my last post, but I think it will be a roundup of the previous one's. Once I get to Korea I will be a bit more knowledgeable. Guess that means my Korean language needs to be better ;)
Have an awesome week everyone!!
