There are people that say you shouldn't wear light or neon colors in winter, I say they are wrong! You can wear whatever color you want regardless of the season. I can also say you can wear whatever you like when ever you like. Trends were made to inspire you but it's up to you to dictate what you wear, follow your imagination.
